He was and will continue to be a very honorable and very respected individual. Not just as a public servant but as a person who truly cared about other people. We better for having known him .

Tommy was my cousin on the Rabren side. When I was young I looked up to him. I thought he was the smartest person I knew. I am so sad to hear of his passing and I am so sorry I had not seen him in years. RIP Tommy

Sending my deepest sympathy to you !
Although our family has not been close physically, our roots run deep. My Grandma Jones and Mother, Marjorie Gilmer, dearly loved and respected the Bill Chapman Family. Arnold and I are out of town for two weeks. I regret that I will miss seeing and hugging you ! Know that my love and prayers cover you in these dark days. I'm thankful Tommy is free from pain. Mama always said, Absent from the body is present with the Lord. Rest In Peace Tommy!

My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers.
We are away on a two week road trip. I so
wish I could come to the services and see Terry and the Chapman Family. My Mother and Grandmother dearly loved your family. Although years have separated us, my heart hurts for you. I am thankful Tommy is free from pain. Love You.
