Miss Bernadine and Marc, and the rest of the family of the wonderful husband and father, Mr. Mack, my deepest, heart felt condolences and sympathies to you all.
This is a sad day indeed as you say your final goodbyes, except in fond memories and stories shared about his life, and the wonderful marriage he had to you, Miss Bernadine, and the father who taught you how to use your hands, Marc.
While I could not be with you physically, was sitting quietly in Spirit of the back of the chapel as you began this day and stood beside you all of the way.

Marc, I always remember from my first venture at 6 yrs old to River Springs. On the way to Evergreen there was a sign on US31 that advertised "State Farm Insurance" and simply had "Mack Williams" underneath. Your dad was obviously an icon in Evergreen and Conecuh county. I know he was an icon for the entire family. My dad, a veteran, passed at 91 also. Tom Brokaw said there will never be another generation like them. 'Willing to give everything so that we might continue to live free.
