James Eugene Barlow

Mr. James Eugene “Gene” Barlow age 72 of Castleberry passed away Sunday December 4, 2016 at the Evergreen Nursing Facility.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm., Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Boatwright officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Cope-Keahey Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.  

Mr. Barlow is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Irma Jean Fowler Barlow of Castleberry; Sons Chris (Lisa) Barlow of Castleberry; Greg (Kristy) Barlow of Flomaton; Daughters, Marilyn (Danny) Potter of Castleberry Teresa (Gary McMillian) Barlow of Castleberry; Sisters, Betty (Charles) Elder of Brewton Anita (Ralph) Deason of Evergreen; Grandchildren, Justin (Taylor) Pate, Jessica Pate, Crystal Powell, Kim Powell, Amber Barlow, Ashley Sawyer.
