William Eugene Taylor

Mr. William Eugene Taylor of Mobile passed away Saturday, June 10, 2020, in Mobile. He was 79.

Mr. Taylor worked as a US Deputy Clerk for 32 years. He loved to watch Alabama Crimson Tide football and has not missed a game since 1963. He also enjoyed genealogy and spending time with his granddaughter Elaine.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am., Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Buffington Cemetery. Rev. Andy Peavy will officiate. Cope-Keahey is in charge of these arrangements.

Survivors include, sons, Russell J. (Shannon) Taylor of Mobile, Matthew Taylor of Mobile, Brother, Harold (Jeanette) Taylor of GA, Sisters, Ronda (Donald Ray) Robinson, Wanda Peaden and Joseline (Joe) McDonald all of Mobile. Granddaughter, Elaine Taylor.

Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Wilson Taylor, and son, Phillip Shell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
