Obituary
Wilda Bruce Garrett, age 79 of Evergreen passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023 at her residence.
Family and friends will gather at Evergreen Baptist Church at 10 am. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. Mark Whittington will officiate. Cope-Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
Left to cherish her memory, son, Bruce Garrett of Montgomery, Alabama; daughter, Laura Garrett of Evergreen, Alabama; two grandchildren, Will Garrett and Catherine Garrett; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Bruce and Alice Bruce and her husband Donald Garrett and on July 18, 2023 her sister, Beverly Bruce Moorer.
After high school graduation, she attended Massey Draughon Business College in Montgomery; she was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church.
