Mrs. Sara Jeanette Trawick Salter, age 95, of Evergreen, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023.
 

Mrs. Salter enjoyed tending to her garden and was known for her homemade biscuits.

Funeral Services will be held at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church on Sunday, December 10, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Rex Tolbert, Bro. Greg Smith, Bro. Andy Etheridge, and Bro. Gene Freeland officiating the services. The family will begin receiving friends for visitation at 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with Cope-Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Sara Jeanette Trawick Salter is preceded in death by husband Norvil D. Salter; sons, Gordon Salter and Wade Salter; grandson, Neil Salter; great grandson, Jacob Salter.
 

She is survived by her sons, Donald (Olene) Salter, Bruce (Julie) Salter; daughters, Shelia Stayrook, Gennie (Bruce) Sullivan, Charlotte (Wendell) Mancil, and Tina (Jerry) Daw; fifteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren, along with many more relatives and friends.
