Mr. Robert Keith Thomason passed from this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at his residence. 

He was born in Covington County and has lived in Evergreen, Alabama his entire life. Throughout his life, he worked at McIntyre Sawmill, Cope Funeral Home and Buchanan Line Services. He loved his family, especially his mother and his great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2pm., Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. Rev. Randall Jernigan will officiate.

Survivors include his mother, Ronice Janell Burkett of Evergreen, AL; siblings Keylon Webb (Kristy) of Excel, AL, Chandra Banks of Evergreen, AL, and Larry Thomason of Andalusia, AL; nieces and nephews, Master Chief Lee Thomason (Jamie), Eric Talbot (Gabriella, Detroit Webb (Ashleigh), Chris Thomason (Mackenzie), Caleb Shipp, Caitlin Webb, Wynter Boyington (Zack), Faith Chesnut (Jarrett) Blair Stabler (Waylon), Haleigh Ridgeway, Brooke McKinley, Lakelon McKinley, and Brelyn Webb; great neuces and nephews, Noah Thomason, Jordan Thomason, Mason Talbot, Chase Talbot, Leighton Talbot, Josie Boyington, Isaiah Webb, Nathan Thomason, Ava Thomason, and Izabella Thomason. 
 
He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Lee Thomason and his sister, Rita Kay Thomason.
