Richard Robinson

Richard Robinson, age 75 of McKenzie passed away Friday, June 9, 2023.          
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 12, 2023 at New Home Church Cemetery (Co. Rd. 47, McKenzie). The family will receive friends at New Home Church one hour prior to the services. 
Pastor Tirey Bowen will officiate. Special music will be provided by guitarist, John Bennett. Interment will follow in the New Home Church Cemetery. Cope-Keahey Funeral Home is directing.
Left to cherish his memory, loving wife of 31 years, Jo Ann Robinson; sons, Tommy Robinson (Cesylvia) of Greenville; Lucas Robinson of McKenzie; sister-in-law, Robin Bolling of Brewton, brother-in-law, Robert Gross of Kinston; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Steve & Leslie O’Ferrell of Defuniak Springs, FL; Junior & Stacey O’Ferrell of McKenzie; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Robinson and Ella Henderson Robinson; sister, Helen Robinson Gross and brother, Buddy Robinson and an infant sister, Margarit Robinson.
Through the years, Richard was always busy and could do most anything he set his hands to do, he cut trees, worked in a parts warehouse business,  rebuild motors and countless other jobs he could do extremely well.
