Mrs. Melba Culbreth Hamrac of Evergreen passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 unexpectedly at Evergreen Medical Center.  She was 79.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Winston Foshee will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm, Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the funeral home. Cope-Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with these arrangements. 

Left to cherish her memory, sons, Clarence (Misty) Hamrac of Excel, Jason (April) Hamrac of Evergreen, step-son, Michael (Dina) Hamrac of Evergreen, daughters, Maria Krejci (Bill McBride) of Excel and Joy (Anthony Shipp) Hamrac of Brewton, brothers, Bennie (Valarie) Batson of Tampa, Fl, Donnie (Liz) Culbreth of Pensacola and Melvin Culbreth of Pensacola, sisters, Betty Culbreth of Pensacola and Shirl (Jerry) Martin of Brewton, 15 Grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Jammup” Hamrac and grandson, Eli Krejci.
