Martha (Tanner) McDaniel Obituary

Mrs. Martha Tanner McDaniel of Evergreen, AL passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

Born in Evergreen  and moved to Mobile in the early 1940’s and following her marriage to Benney Jay McDaniel in 1957 moved to the Slidell, Louisiana area in 1963, where they operated a residential construction and real estate company.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery.

Preceded in death by: her parents, Arthur Tanner and Myra Lucile Kyser, her husband, Benney Jay.  

Survived by her sons Dale (Claire), and Kyle (Melody) and  her daughter Celia ( Michael). 

As well as 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
