Ms. Marilyn Melton Bozeman Cook, 91, of Evergreen passed away New Years Day at the Evergreen Nursing Home.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Magnolia Cemetery of Evergreen with Southern Care Hospice Chaplain Greg Hart presiding.
She is survived by her son, Melton Bozeman of Elberta, Alabama; daughters Allison (Mike) Faulkner of Evergreen and Becky (Frank) Hickman of Greenville; Sisters in-law Susan Bozeman Cook (Burt) of Evergreen and Mary Ann Melton of Birmingham; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceding her are her husband, William "Billy" Cook; parents, Thomas Plowden Melton, Jr. and Eulynne (Brantley) Melton; brothers William "Billy" Dudley Melton, his wife Nancy Miller Melton, and Thomas Plowden Melton, III.
