Jason Booker

Jason LaDon Booker, age 48 of Evergreen passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 due to a logging accident.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Mildred Brown will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lonestar Cemetery. Cope-Keahey directing.

Left to cherish his memory, loving wife of 25 years, Amy Booker; daughters, Ali (student at University of Alabama), and younger sisters Abbi and Jamie Booker; parents, Johnny and Elaine Booker; brother, Justin (Olivia) Booker, all of Evergreen; mother-in-law, Sharon Ikner. He was preceded in death by a sister, Megan Booker.

A 1996 graduate of Sparta Academy, he followed his passion of working in the family logging business. A talented self taught guitarist, through the years he was lead guitarist in different metal bands. The love of his life was his family.
