Jammie White Obituary

Jammie Elaine Carter White was born on April 22, 1932. She came to the end of her journey in this world on July 25, 2026. She was 94 years old. 

On that morning, she went to sleep, and now is at rest waiting for the great hope of a new Heaven and a new Earth when God will take away all pain, bring an end to all suffering and wipe away all tears. She will have a new body and live forever with Jehovah as her God and Jesus as her King.

I think the 3 most important things that Jammie would like to be remembered for are as follows.

1. Jammie loves Jehovah, the Almighty God, with all her heart, all her soul and all her mind.

2. Jammie believes that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and has faith in Him as her Savior and her King.

3. Jammie loves her neighbor as herself.

We do not mourn because she is gone. We mourn because we miss her. 

She spent her life caring for others. She fed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, took in the stranger, clothed the naked, took care of the sick and visited the prisoner. She may not have always done it with a smile on her face, but she did it nonetheless.

My mother was special because she had things few people in this world have today. 

Empathy. Compassion. Mercy. Forgiveness. Understanding. The ability to love unconditionally.
