Jackson Conway Obituary

Jackson Anthony Conway,17, of Evergreen, was welcomed into his heavenly home on Monday, March 8,2021. Jackson was welcomed into his Savior’s arms pain free and completely healed. For the past nearly four years Jackson was a courageous, brave warrior. His faith never wavered and he trusted the Lord’s plan.

Jackson’s family will forever be blessed that God shared him with them for the last 17 years. Jackson was his daddy’s best friend, mama’s baby boy and sister’s protector. His family was his whole world. He and Chloe shared a remarkable bond and she was his biggest fan.

Jackson was a young man of few words, yet he taught us so much. He led by quiet example with a spirit that was honest, humble and genuine. Jackson was an incredible athlete and sport’s fan. He loved being outdoors any chance he could get.

Jackson is remembered as a loyal friend, brother, son, and teammate. He loved his friends and family fiercely. He too, was easy to love. Jackson’s house was always open and where you could find half of Sparta Academy on any given night. He cherished his friends who rallied around him always, but especially these past few years.

Jackson loved to make other’s laugh. His million dollar smile often meant he had something up his sleeve to do just that. Jackson’s unwavering faith, will power, and determination will never be forgotten. Jackson’s fight was our fight. The Lord used his testimony to unite an entire community and Facebook group from all over the world. His strength, fight and faith were something to admire.

During this journey Jackson’s motto has been “God’s got this!” We still know that to be true because he is resting in peace with his Savior. Although he will be so missed, his legacy will continue through the lives of everyone he touched.

Jackson is survived by his loving parents, Terry and Kristy Conway, sister, Chloe, Paternal Grandparents, Jimmy and Mildred Conway, Maternal Grandparents Rusty and Brenda Wilson, Maternal Great-Grandfather, Floyd Wilson, Uncle Tommy (Jennifer) Conway, Uncle Todd (Michelle) Conway, Aunt Donna (Bill) Davis, Uncle Jarrod (Ashley) Wilson and many beloved cousins, family and friends.
