Elmer Quinley Obituary

Mr. Elmer Edward Quinley of Evergreen passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation.  He was 84.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2020 at Jones Chapel. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. Rev. Clifton Morris will officiate. Serving as pallbearers, Chase Edward Quinley, Kyle Roebling, Philip Roebling, Mike Quinley, Kevin Quinley, Vance Morris.
Left to cherish his memory is Audrey Mae Quinley, his wife of 61 years; son, Mark Edward Quinley (DeAnna) of Pensacola, Fl.; daughter, Debora Lynn Roebling (Philip) of Theodore, Al.; sister, Mamie Jewel Porter of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren, Kyle Roebling (Dallas); Chase Quinley (Heidi) and Kristian Nall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Authur Quinley and Lula Belle Peacock Quinley; brothers, Howard Eugene Quinley, Herman Wesley Quinley; sister, Lois Aline Quinley.
He loved fishing and hunting and was a longtime member of the Flat Rock Volunteer Fire Department.
