Doris Gaynell (Smith) Lynch Obituary

Mrs. Doris Gaynell Lynch of Evergreen, passed away November 18, 2025 at her residence. She was 76.

 

She enjoyed cooking, canning, sewing, quilting and painting in her spare time. She especially loved spending time with her family.

 

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm., Friday, November 21, 2025 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Roy Smith and Rev. Michael Bush will officiate. Interment will follow in the Flat Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour to services at the funeral home. Cope-Keahey directing.

 

Survivors include, Keith Lynch of Evergreen, sons, David Jordan of Creola and William Lynch (Annette) of Evergreen, sister, Bonnie Smith Harper (John) of Creola, grandchildren, James (Marybeth) Jordan, Ashley (Danny) Vincent, Leeann Lynch and Jacob Lynch, great grandchildren, Cameron Jordan, Hunter Jordan, Alyssa Jordan, Alaina Jordan, Waylon Kennett and numerous other grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Smith and Doris Walker Smith, brothers, Chester Smith and Tracy Smith and baby son Robert Jordan.
