Mr. Danny Dewayne Fleming, age 67, of Evergreen, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, in Pensacola after a brief illness.
He proudly served in the United States Army for 18 years. After his military service, he worked as a police officer in many different departments for over 15 years. Part of this time, Danny worked as a K-9 officer alongside his beloved German Shepard, Nero.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am., Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home chapel with Johnny Gibson officiating. Cope-Keahey Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
Survivors include Daughters, Tracey (Jason) Coleman of Bay Minette, and Deanne Mota of FL, Special Nephew, Steve (Bonny Worley) Flemming of Evergreen, Brothers, Hardee Fleming of West Blocton, Raymond (Joyce) Fleming of Ohatche, Bob (Judy) Fleming, Columbus, Ms, and Ray (Debbie) Fleming, of Evergreen, Sisters, Peggy (Leon) Hawthorne of Brewton, Nina (Buddy) Johnson of Brewton, Patsy (Kenneth) Robinson of Bay Minette, and Judy (Bill) Conway, 5 Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Grandchildren, Special friend, Tracy Peevey and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Fleming, daughter, Tiffany Fleming, and brothers, Teddy Fleming, and Virgil Fleming.
