Clyde Baggett Obituary

Mr. Clyde L. Baggett of Evergreen passed away December 30, 2021, in a Mobile hospital. He was 73.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2022, at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. Interment will follow the services in Springhill Methodist Church. Serving as pallbearers will be Bo Baggett, Austin Baggett, Hugh Baggett, Steve Hamrick, Wayne Baggett and Carter Burgess.

Left to cherish his memory, loving wife, Deborah Baggett; sons, Kendall Baggett of Andalusia and Klint Baggett (Stacey) of Jasper, AL; daughter, Kristin (Rik) Long of Andalusia; brothers, Hugh (Sandra) Baggett of Montgomery and Wayne (Sherry) Baggett of Andalusia; sisters, Linda Gail (Johnny) Blackmon of Evergreen and Patsy Hahn of Salt Lake City, Utah; Step sister. Linda Linam. Step brothers Carl (Betty )Baggett and James (Judy) Baggett, grandchildren, Austin Baggett, Parker Long, John Logan Long, Ethan Baggett and Eva Baggett.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Baggett and Alice Richerson Baggett, an infant son and an infant grandchild, Alicia Baggett, a brother, Boots Baggett.

He loved gardening and spending time with his family.
