Ms. Cathy Thompson of Evergreen passed away Monday, August 26, 2024. She was 62.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm., Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Gray will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brownville Cemetery. The family receive friends from 6pm., until 8pm., Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include, daughters, Tasha (Scott) Covin of Evergreen and Kayla (Gary) Hanks of Evergreen, brothers, Paul Allen (Jackie) Thompson of Georgiana and Kenneth Thompson of Evergreen, sister, Phyllis (Johnny) Coker of Valley, Al, grandchildren, Zakari (Brooklynn) Covin, Breana (Daniel) Penton, Caleb Covin, Araya Covin, Sean Gray, Aleyia Hanks, Mckenna Gray and Paislee Hanks, great-grandchildren, Xavier Covin, Azaria Covin, Ava Penton and Forrest Penton and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Edward Thompson and Betty Braxton Thompson and sister, Paula Lynn Kast.
