Mr. Stephen Hilton of Jay passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 58.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Barrancas Cemetery in Pensacola with military honors. Rev. Waylon Stuckey will officiate. Cope Keahey Funeral Home of Evergreen will be entrusted with these arrangements.
He served honorably in the United States Air Force. He was well known for a hard worker in everything he did. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with the Patriot Guard, Pensacola HOG Chapter and riding with his girl Penny and numerous other friends. He loved to watch his favorite football team Alabama (Roll Tide). He loved to ride with Penny to the Waffle House and visit all his friends there. He was a longtime member of The Loyal Order of Moose. He was a wonderful husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend to many. The family would like to say "Thank you to the VA Healthcare System, Emerald Coast Hospice, Baptist Hospital, Kindred Home Healthcare for all their support.
Survivors include loving wife Penny Windsor; sons, Stephen Hilton, Carter Hilton; daughters, Tanya Hilton, Suzanne Riley; brothers, Eric Sypes, Michael Sypes; sister, Robin Failli and several grandchildren.
