Harold Wright Obituary
Mr. Harold R. Wright of Evergreen passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Springhill Medical. He was 70.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Cope Keahey Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the Chapel.
Mr. Wright served 24 years in the Military; he was a Vietnam Veteran. He was in the National Guard retiring after 24 years. He was also a UPS driver and retired there after 34 years. Harold was a husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed riding his grandkids on the golf cart and taking vacations with them. His grandchildren were an important part of his life.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years Brenda Salter Wright; son, Larry (Lauren) Wright of Millbrook; brother, Joe Wayne (Pat) Wright of Evergreen; grandchildren, Kelsey Still of Evergreen, Addison Wright of Millbrook, Abigail Wright of Millbrook; great-grandson, Kylar Leach of Evergreen; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Wright is preceded in death by his daughter Christie W. Still.
Pallbearers include Paul Brock, Jason Riley, Jason Booker, Josh Bates, Mark Watts, and Mike McIntyre.
