Wade Albert Crutchfield

Mr. Wade Albert Crutchfield, age 57 of Evergreen, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Cope Keahey Chapel. Rev. Wayne McMillan will officiate. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery.

Survivors include father: Willie Crutchfield and mother: Agnes Crutchfield of Evergreen, wife: Debbie Crutchfield of Evergreen, brother: Mitch Crutchfield of Atmore, step daughter: Jamie Murphy of Evergreen, step grandchildren: James Dalton Murphy and Abigail Katherine Murphy.

Mr. Crutchfield is preceded in death by his brother: Greg Crutchfield
