Shirley Tanner

Shirley Jeane Tanner age 89, died in Evergreen Alabama on July 15, 2017 after a long illness, surrounded  by family and friends. She was lovingly cared for by her family and was able to be home until she peacefully passed away. Along with her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband, James Earl Tanner and her daughter Dixie Jeane Sellars. She was born in Cosmopolis , Washington and was the only child of Leonard F. Lewis and Blanche E. Parker. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Sue Sparling of Seaside, Oregon, Linda Lee Bickford of Melissa, Texas, Ivy McAllister Duncan of Minden, Nevada and ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. 
A memorial service will be held at Cope Funeral home on Wednesday July 19, 2017 at 2:00pm
