Molly Upton

Mrs. Mary Harper Upton, of Evergreen passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 in a Mobile hospital. She was 68.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home. Rev. Wayne McMillian and Rev. Michael Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort, Alabama. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Luther Upton of Evergreen; Sons, Brian (Adrian) Asire of Tallassee; Patrick Asire of Texas; step sons, John Berry (Julia) Upton, II of Auburn; Richard B. Upton of Anniston; step daughter, Leigh (Neils) Carmichael of Daphne, Al; 5 grandchildren, Anna Cruit, Grayson Asire, Sara Grace Asire; Brook Asire, Patrick Asire, 1 great grandchild, Sadler Cruit; two sisters, Betsy (Mark) Krantz of Fairhope; Pat (Robert) Booker of Monroeville.
She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
