Mrs. Joy Bowers Owens, age 65 of Evergreen passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 in the UAB Comfort Care.

Funeral Services will be held 2 pm Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Cope Keahey Funeral Home Chapel.Rev. Edward Robinson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery. Cope Keahey Funeral Home Directing.

Survivors include her son, Phillip Christopher (Robin) Owens of Texas.

Daughter, Mandy Owens (Daniel) Carter of Alabama

Companion, Eddie Reeves, of Evergreen

Sisters, Betty (Jim) Rigsby of Evergreen, Carolyn Blair of Bermuda

Grandchildren, Payne, Evangeline, Auburn, William Davis and Elizabeth Grace.
