James Alvin Dean

Mr. James Alvin Dean, age 93, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Evergreen Medical Center.

Mr. Dean was born in Conecuh County and lived on Jim Dean Road for many years. He attended Fair Nelson School.

Gravside services will be held Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Fairfield Cemetery with Rev. Dudley Godwin officating. 

Mr. Dean is survived by his neices and nephews Anne Dean Brazier, Margarette Dean Smith, Jerold Dean, Marilyn Dean Stewart and Charilyn Dean Bancroft, his great neices and nephews, James Dean Brazier, Melanie Ann Hundley, Brentley Dewiese Thomley, Ross Earl Ryals, Jerolyn Dean Hardy, Tamathia Dawn Myrick, Stewart Anthony Hendrix and Allison Jean Sannin. 

Mr. Dean was preceded in death by his parents Jim Dean and Claudia Yates Dean, two sisters Velma Ophelia Dean Fountain, Nanny Dean Dees, brothers Aubrey Newton Dean and Melvin Palmer Dean.
